GHOSTREPLY

Terms of service

Last updated 3 September 2026

These terms govern the service GhostReply provides at ghostreply.agency. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if anything below is unclear, ask before you pay.

They are deliberately blunt in two places: what we do with your account, and what happens if X acts against it. Read §4 and §7 even if you skip the rest.

  1. §1What these terms cover

You accept these terms when you start a paid period with GhostReply — by paying an invoice, or by delegating your account to us so the work can begin, whichever comes first. Booking a call is not an acceptance of them and commits you to nothing. There is nothing else to sign.

They cover the service described below and nothing else. Anything agreed separately in writing between us — a different volume, a subject we will not touch, a start date — sits on top of these terms and wins where the two disagree.

If you do not accept them, do not start a paid period — and say so on the call, which is what it is for.

  2. §2What the service is

We write replies in your voice and publish them from your X account, under posts from accounts your audience already reads. That is the whole product. There is no dashboard, no software licence and nothing to install: you are buying our work, not a tool.

First replies go out within 48 hours of you delegating the account. Volume starts at 6–7 replies a day and rises to as much as 30–36 once the account has carried the lower rate comfortably. We decide when to raise it, and we lower it again without asking if the account shows any sign of strain.

Some of this the platform settles for us — §4 says which. Separately, and whatever access allows, what we will not do with your account, ever:

    • post anything that is not a reply
    • follow or unfollow anyone
    • like, repost or bookmark anything
    • delete or edit a post of yours we did not publish
    • drop links, repeat phrasing across accounts, or run engagement-bait patterns

Every reply is on-topic for the thread it sits in and is reviewed before it is published.

  3. §3Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and you must own the account, or be authorised by its owner to delegate it. If the account is already restricted, labelled or suspended, tell us before you do.

We decline accounts and subjects we cannot write for responsibly. That includes anything illegal where either of us is, impersonation of a real person or organisation, harassment campaigns, and medical, legal or financial advice presented as fact. We can decline an application without giving a reason, and we can end an engagement if the subject turns into one of these.

  4. §4Access to your account

To publish as you, we have to be able to post from the account. That runs through X's own delegate feature and nothing else: you invite our operator account as a Contributor in your delegate settings, we accept, and that is the entire handover. We never ask for your password, a verification code or a copy of your session, and there is nothing of that kind for us to store, lose or be asked to return.

What that access reaches is X's decision rather than our promise. A Contributor can publish, schedule and delete posts, repost, like, and create Lists. A Contributor cannot see or change your password, email address or phone number, cannot alter your bio, display name, handle or security settings, and cannot invite or remove anyone else. Those are not undertakings we are making — they are things the platform does not put within our reach.

One thing it does put within our reach, and you should know it before you delegate rather than after: X gives a Contributor your Direct Messages. Its own role description says so — "Contributors can send Direct Messages, publish posts, and create Lists. Contributors can also view the account's Direct Messages, posts, and Lists." There is no narrower role to ask for.

Encryption narrows that, but not to nothing. X Chat protects encrypted conversations with a PIN that never leaves your device, and X says the key "can only be recovered using the PIN you set" — so an encrypted conversation should stay unreadable to anyone you delegate to, ourselves included. We have not tested it, and we are not going to describe it as a guarantee on that basis. It also leaves plenty outside: message requests are unencrypted until you accept them, a conversation with anyone not registered for Chat is unencrypted, and older conversations are what they always were.

So this one is an undertaking and not a limit, and we are stating it as such: we do not open your Direct Messages, we do not send any, and nothing in the service requires either. If we ever needed to, we would ask you first. Be clear about what you are relying on, though — the access lasts as long as the delegation does and covers messages that arrive during it, not only the ones already there, so emptying the inbox beforehand narrows nothing. What ends it is removing us, which takes effect the same second.

The account stays yours in every sense that matters administratively: you remain the owner, you keep every setting, and nothing we do requires you to log out or change anything.

You keep the kill switch, and it is one screen. Remove us in your delegate settings and our access ends the same second, with no password to reset, none of your own sessions logged out, and no effect on anything already published. It also stops the service, so tell us if you are going to do it.

While the engagement runs, you agree not to give the same account to another service of this kind, and to tell us before you revoke the delegation. Both make the work impossible, and both cancel the compensation in §7.

  5. §5What we need from you

Three things, and only the first is a hard condition:

    • Keep posting yourself — at least 2–3 of your own posts a week. An account whose only activity is replies is the classic pattern X penalises, and it is also an account nobody has a reason to follow.
    • Answer the onboarding questions about your voice, your subject and the accounts you want to sit under, and tell us when any of those change.
    • Tell us promptly about a warning, a restriction, a drop in reach, or anything else odd you notice. We would rather pause a day early than a week late.
  6. §6The replies themselves

We draft, you own. Everything published from your account is published as you, is yours, and stays yours if the engagement ends.

You can veto any reply, rule out a subject or an account, or ask for something already published to be deleted — at any time, without a reason. We keep a log of what we published for you and you can ask for it whenever you like.

We are not responsible for how anyone else on X responds to a reply, and we do not control what X does with it.

  7. §7If X restricts or suspends your account

    Three different situations, treated differently:

    • A label, a shadowban, or a fall in reach. Normal operating conditions for this kind of work. We lower the volume and carry on. This is not a compensation event.
    • A temporary restriction. We stop, wait it out, and resume at a lower rate than before. This is not a compensation event either.
    • A permanent suspension, confirmed by X. We continue free of charge on a new account of yours for whatever remains of your paid term, with the same reply style. The warm-up on the new profile — usually five to seven days — is added on top of that remainder rather than taken out of it.

The new account starts at zero. We are returning the service, not the result, and the followers on the suspended account are gone.

That compensation runs once per paid period, and it does not apply if you ran another service of this kind on the account alongside us, revoked the delegation without telling us, or stopped posting yourself.

In none of these cases is there a refund, in part or in full. What X does with an account is not ours to control, and the work we did before it happened was still done.

  8. §8Price, billing and cancellation

You pay for the term you picked — one month, three months or six — on an invoice we send you, and where free days have been agreed you pay it after them rather than before. Payment is by card, PayPal balance, or crypto transfer on request. Where a card is used, its details are entered on PayPal's own page and never reach this site: we do not see, hold or store a card number, and there is nothing of that kind for us to lose.

The 3 days that cost you nothing are not part of every monthly plan. They are given only where we have agreed them with you in writing before the work starts, and the place that happens is the call.

Where they have been agreed, they are counted from the day you hand the account over — not from the day we first speak, and not from the day you agree to start — and nothing has been charged by then or during them. There is no card on file, no subscription and nothing to cancel: if you tell us to stop inside those days, that is the end of it and you owe us nothing.

The three- and six-month terms have no free days; they are priced lower per month instead. On those the invoice goes out when you delegate, and if you change your mind before that, everything you have paid comes back in full.

The work cannot begin until you delegate, which is why the free days start there. The instructions come in our reply, to whatever contact you leave us; delegating takes about a minute and asks for no password. Once you have delegated, the first replies go out within 48 hours.

If you have not delegated within 3 days of us accepting you, the slot goes back into the pool rather than sit reserved. Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel, and we write to tell you either way. Pick it up whenever you like — ask, and the 3 days start again from the day you do.

The price you agreed belongs to the engagement that took it — it does not transfer to another account or another person. It is not a permanent rate, and it covers the term you bought and nothing after it: when that term ends, carrying on costs whatever our price is at the time. If we change what you pay, we tell you in your Telegram thread first and the new price starts from your next payment; a period you have already paid for is never repriced.

Stop whenever you like, with no notice period: tell us, and we stop. There is no subscription running and nothing charging itself in the background, so there is nothing for you to cancel anywhere. Stopping does not cut short a period you have already paid for — on a three- or six-month term we work to the end of it, and there is no partial refund for a period in progress.

We can end an engagement too. If we end it because of something on your side — a breach of §3, §4 or §5 — it ends immediately and nothing is returned. If we end it for our own reasons, we tell you why and return the whole months of a prepaid term that we have not worked.

Until you delegate the account to us, the work has not started and you can change your mind: say so and everything you paid comes back in full. Delegation is the line, and after it the term you bought runs as described above.

Where you are a consumer and the law gives you more than this section does, the law wins and we do not argue about it. How a refund is asked for, what comes back and how long it takes is set out in full on our refund page: /refund.

  9. §9What we do not promise

We promise the daily work. We do not promise a number.

No follower count, impression count, click-through or revenue figure is guaranteed, and none is a term of this agreement. Our site quotes no range and no forecast. What it does show is one account of our own, named, with figures taken from X's own analytics for a stated period — history, and context for a decision, rather than a target we are contracting to hit or a prediction about yours.

What you actually get depends on your subject, on the accounts you sit under, on your own posts, and on a platform neither of us controls.

  10. §10Your data

As a client, we hold your X handle, the contact you gave us, the link that brought you to this page if you arrived from one, the replies we published for you, our correspondence, and what you paid and when. Nothing else.

There is no password or session of yours in our hands to lose or to hand back: access is the delegation described in §4, it lives inside X, and it is gone the moment you remove it. Your contact details and our correspondence are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted. Ask us to delete anything sooner and we will, though it may end the engagement.

We do not sell data, and we do not use your account or its content to train anything.

Everything else — what this website measures about a visit, the advertising cookies and the choice you have about them, who else your information passes through, how long each kind is kept, and what you can ask us for — is on one page rather than buried in this one: /privacy. Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, at hello@ghostreply.agency.

  11. §11Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for lost followers, lost reach, lost revenue, or an account that cannot be recovered. Those depend on your subject, on your own posts, and on a platform neither of us controls.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

  12. §12Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we tell you in your Telegram thread before it takes effect, and it applies from your next payment onwards — never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Continuing after that is acceptance. If you do not accept a change, cancel: the period you have paid for finishes under the terms you agreed to.

  13. §13Who you are contracting with, and how to reach us

GhostReply is a trading name of Individual Entrepreneur ARTEM GASPARIAN, identification code 302321333, registered at Chugureti district, Lochini street N3, floor 2, apartment N5, Tbilisi, Georgia. That is the party you are contracting with and the party that takes your payment.

Write to hello@ghostreply.agency, or message us on WhatsApp: https://wa.me/995568314570, or on Telegram: https://t.me/aljemm3a — if you are already a client, the thread with your manager is the fastest of them. Our telephone number is +995 568 31 45 70. We are reachable 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and there is more at /contact.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If you are a consumer, that choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and nothing here is meant to.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
