Before you are a client, the same channels work and the answer takes longer: expect one within a day on email, WhatsApp or Telegram. Nothing here queues behind a ticket system, because there is not one.
GhostReply is a trading name of Individual Entrepreneur ARTEM GASPARIAN, a sole trader registered in Georgia. That is the party you are contracting with, and the party that takes your payment.
We write replies in your voice and publish them from your X account, under posts from accounts your audience already reads. It is a service rather than a product: there is nothing to download, no licence, and no software to install.
Delivery is continuous and starts fast. You grant our operator account posting rights through X's own delegate feature, and the first replies go out within 48 hours of that. Volume begins at 6–7 replies a day and rises to as much as 30–36 once the account has carried the lower rate comfortably, for as long as your paid term runs. You can read the log of everything published for you whenever you like.
