GHOSTREPLY

Refund policy

Last updated 3 September 2026

This page says when you get your money back from GhostReply and when you do not. It is part of our terms of service, and §8 there says the same things in less detail.

The short version: before we touch your account, anything you have paid comes back in full — on every plan. After that you pay for the days we worked and not for the rest. Where 3 free days were agreed, nothing was charged during them and there is nothing to refund out of them. If X acts against your account there is no refund — that risk is written down before you pay, and §7 of the terms says what we do instead.

  1. §1The free days, and the one thing that should never happen

The 3 days that cost nothing are not part of every monthly plan. They are agreed with you in writing before the work starts, on the call, and where they apply they are counted from the day you hand the account over.

There is nothing to refund out of them because nothing was taken: no card on file, no subscription, no charge waiting to happen. Tell us to stop inside those days and it stops, with nothing owed either way.

The three- and six-month terms buy a lower monthly rate rather than free days, and are invoiced when you delegate. Everything below applies to them in full: nothing has been charged until you delegate, and the fourteen days the law gives you are untouched.

Invoiced for days we did not work. This should not be possible: the invoice goes out after the free days, for the term you agreed, and if you have not delegated within 3 days of us accepting you the slot goes back into the pool and nothing has been charged. If a bill reached you anyway, it is our failure rather than a judgement call — write to us and the whole amount goes back. Not a proportion of it, and with nothing to explain.

  2. §2Before we start: all of it, no questions

The work begins when you delegate your X account to us. Until that moment nothing has been done, and if you change your mind you get the entire amount back — no reason needed and nothing deducted.

Delegation is the line because both sides can see it: X timestamps the moment the invitation is accepted. There is nothing to argue about afterwards.

  3. §3The fourteen days the law gives you

If you are buying as a consumer, you have fourteen days from the day you pay to change your mind, for any reason or none. That is your right under consumer law rather than a concession we are making, and nothing on this page or in our terms takes it away from you.

Almost everyone asks us to start straight away, because the first replies go out within 48 hours of handover — well inside the fourteen days. So at onboarding we ask you to confirm two things in writing, in your Telegram thread: that you want the service to begin immediately, and that you understand this means you will not get the full amount back once it has. That confirmation is what the law requires before we can start early, and we do not begin without it.

Having confirmed it, you can still cancel during the fourteen days. What comes back is the part we have not worked yet, counted by the day — so a one-month term cancelled after five days returns roughly five sixths of it.

Businesses buying this service do not have the statutory right. We apply the same rule to them anyway while no work has been done, because it costs us nothing and arguing about it would cost us more.

  4. §4After the fourteen days

Stop whenever you like, with no notice period, and we work to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no refund for a period in progress: the work in it has been done.

On a three- or six-month term, stopping means we do not invoice you again. The months already paid for run to their end and are not refunded — that is what the lower monthly rate on those plans is in exchange for, and it is stated on the pricing section and in §8 of the terms before anyone agrees to one.

  5. §5If X restricts or suspends your account

This is not a refund event, in any of its forms — a label, a fall in reach, a temporary restriction, or a permanent suspension.

That is not us being difficult about it. A human pace and X’s own delegate feature lower the risk; nothing removes it. What X does with an account is not ours to control, and the work we did before it happened was still done.

What you get instead is in §7 of the terms: after a confirmed permanent suspension we carry on free of charge on a new account of yours for whatever is left of your paid term, with the warm-up period added on top rather than taken out of it.

  6. §6If we end it

We can end an engagement too. If we end it for our own reasons — we are stopping, we cannot staff it, we no longer want to work on the subject — we return every whole month of a prepaid term that we have not worked.

If we end it because of something on your side, meaning a breach of §3, §4 or §5 of the terms, it ends immediately and nothing is returned.

  7. §7How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to us in your Telegram thread (https://t.me/aljemm3a) or to hello@ghostreply.agency. Say what you paid and when; you do not have to give a reason.

We answer within two working days and pay approved refunds within ten working days of agreeing the amount.

The money goes back the way it came. Paid by card or PayPal balance, it is returned through PayPal to the same account, and how long your bank then takes is between you and them. Paid in crypto, it goes back to an address you control at the amount in the currency it was invoiced in — we do not carry the exchange-rate movement in either direction, and neither do you: the invoice figure is the figure.

If you are not happy with our answer, say so in the same thread and we will look at it again ourselves before either of us involves anyone else.

  8. §8If something has gone wrong, tell us first

Whatever the complaint, the fastest route to a resolution is the thread you already have with us. Anything settled between the two of us takes days; anything routed through a third party who was not there takes weeks and usually ends where it would have ended anyway.

We would rather return money to someone who is unhappy than win an argument about it. That is not a legal position, it is the cheaper option, and it is the one we take.

  9. §9What this page does not change

Everything else about price, billing and cancellation is in §8 of the terms of service: /terms. Where this page and the terms overlap they are meant to say the same thing, and if they ever do not, this page is the one we will honour.
